Also there you need to select number of Weeks. For how many weeks you want to store that particular backup.
In my case, I choose weekly and for 4 weeks.
Now go to Settings to select the remote storage location. Because when you create backup of website then you need to store that backup in particular location. So you need to select the storage place.

Just go to Settings and scroll down till you find choose remote storage section. Select any one storage. Click on Save Changes.
In my case I choose Google Drive storage.
After selecting Remote Storage one pop up window will appear in that you will find one link.
Just click on that link it will redirect you to select the gmail account. Select the account in which your backup were stored.
Now give permission to UpdraftPlus to access your account. Click on Allow.
To complete setup for Google Drive to store all your website backup. Just click on Complete Setup.
After that go to Backup/Restore section. There will you find Backup Now button just click that button and wait for a moment till backup is created.

Create Manual backup with UpdraftPlus.
In some situations like Updating WordPress site or Changing the Theme and etc you need to take manual backup before that action taking place.

For creating manual backup all you need to do is set Remote Storage as I said above. This will help you to store backup file into remote storage directly.
Otherwise you can upload it manually to your preferred storage location after crating backup.
